I am a leader, creator and challenger of diverse teams. I have over 20 years experience in technology, digital, finance and accounting. In the last 5 years, I have focused on creating and cultivating individuals and teams that peers and other organisations envy. The teams I lead have varied in size and structure from 5 to 100 people, managing geographically diverse teams spread across the globe, cultivating vendor relationships and driving local in-house teams spread across multiple business divisions.

I am a driven and passionate leader, and I encourage and motivate my teams to be constantly developing themselves. I have been instrumental in disrupting the organisations I have been a part of, always challenging the status quo and introducing new thinking and methods, including customer-centric design, agile, self organising teams, activity-based workplaces and encouraging self awareness.

I started my career in insolvency accounting, and then I switched industries and consulted for a software house. That led me to project management and end to end delivery of technology, business, and cultural change and transformation. For the last 3 years I have built a strategic business portfolio, bringing together experience from multiple functional divisions, using strategy to drive decision making, and have built high performing teams that have excelled in delivery against that strategy.
